I didn't know what to expect from Springbok Properties at first, and was not sure whether to even use their services. I thought if I use a local estate agent it would be better. However, after speaking with them I was sure they were the right company to go with. They promised me a fast sale and I told them the price I wanted for my house. They took care of everything, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I wanted to take the time to write them a good review so others know that they really get the job done. Find the perfect property with Springbok Properties

The most important three things in a property are location, quality (safe and secure, the building structurally and in terms of presentation) and how well it is managed. Whether the property has a professional managing agent, or a landlord trying to do it all alone is also an important consideration.

As a tenant you have be rest assured that even before you see the property the photos and description of that property are accurate. You won’t find the property in the first place if it is not put up on websites like Rightmove or Zoopla and marketed correctly. Even without a ‘To Let’ board outside, you don’t know it is even up for rent.

Once you find your property you need to have some essential things in place, like a tenancy agreement that is air tight and benefits both you and the landlord, 24 hour help in case you lose your keys at 2am, deposit protection that is covered by a registered scheme, and electrical and gas safety inspections. Everything has to be recorded, from reporting a fault to asking for more time to pay the rent. The landlord has to be able to background check you and the previous tenants so you know a high standard of person has lived there before you and the place is fit for purpose. It also has to have an inventory list, so everyone is on the same page and your deposit is secure for when you leave.

Right from my first contact with the company, everything was done smoothly and professionally. First I met with the regional valuer Julian Lindsay who was great to deal with, answered my questions honestly, and explained the process from start to finish in plain English. When the property was listed I dealt with Adam Nicholls. Adam was constantly on the phone updating me with all offers on the property, fitting bookings around my schedule and great with just basic advice. To conclude the sale I was passed to Natalie Jackson. Natalie chased up every aspect of the sale quickly and efficiently and was first class to deal with. Can't fault the company one bit, and having dealing previously with a high street estate agent before moving to Springbok I can say that the service on offer is head and shoulders above everything I have previously experienced. The main points to highlight is that at no time are you under any pressure to sell or except offers unless it's on your terms and also if you don't sell you have nothing to pay......so what you got to lose giving it a try???
